DESCRIPTION:SOUNDS OF HOPE FAMILY LIFECARE ANNUAL FUNDRAISER\n\nBerne\, IN   There's still time to register - Family LifeCare's 2015 annual fundraiser\, Sounds of Hope\, will take place on Saturday\, October 3rd at 5:30pm at Lighted Gardens\, 10794 N State Road 1\, Ossian\, IN.  The public is invited to join us for fine dining\, a raffle and live and silent auctions as you support our Family LifeCare Legacy Fund. Our Legacy Fund enables Family LifeCare to extend services to people within our communities who are under-insured or have no insurance benefits. With ongoing cuts to Medicare reimbursement and other financial changes brought about by the Affordable Care Act and governmental regulations\, this endowment fund is even more critical in meeting the needs of our patients and their families.
