SUMMARY:God's House 10th Annual Backpack Giveaway
DESCRIPTION:This year will be the 10th consecutive God's House backpack giveaway event! For the last ten years God's House has raised funds and partnered with local super stores to donate backpacks filled with school supplies to youth in the Marion community. The annual event has impacted thousands of youth and their families and partnered with them to promote continued education in our community over the years.\n\n \n\nThe event will begin at 6pm in downtown Marion during First Friday's on August 7th.  The giveaway will end when supplies run out. Backpacks and supplies will be given on a first come\, first serve basis and each child must be present to receive a backpack. God's House is excited to host the event and make an impact!\n\n \n\nIf anyone would like to volunteer to help out with the event or sponsor a backpack for $10\, please contact Bria McCarty at the email address listed.\n\n(see flyer)
