SUMMARY:The Training Center Hosting 5th Annual Let the Dreams Begin-Hike\, Bike and Run
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the HBR is to raise funds for the Training Center Academic Enrichment Program.  The center offers at no cost to families afterschool & summer programming to assist at risk students to be equipped for a bright future. \n\n \n\nThe day begins with registration at 7:30 a.m. for all events.  At 8:30 a.m. the 5K run begins\, followed at 9 a.m. with a 1 mile walk (teams are welcome and a plaque given for the most money raised by a team).  The family bike ride on the Cardinal Greenway starts at 9:30 a.m.   Back again by popular demand is our Cupcake War.  It will be held from 10 a.m. -1 p.m.  The community and participants are welcome to join our Celebrate Community/Back to School Bash activities scheduled from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.  The activities includes games\, a dunk tank\, giveaways\, junk food\, lunch\, and community tables.  All events will begin at 2011 West 10th Street\, Marion.\n\n \n\nRegistrations fees for the event will be $10 for the walk\, $20 for the 5K run (all runners will receive a participation medal) - $15 for runners under 18 years old\, the bike ride is $15 for an individual or $25 for a family of 2 or more.  The Cupcake War entry fee is $25. The Celebrate Community activities are free.   Participants are guaranteed an event shirt if registered by August 12\, 2015.\n\n \n\nCommunity or Business Sponsorships are welcome.  Levels of sponsorships range from $100 to $1000.  Additionally we are looking for businesses to sponsor a team for our 1 mile walk.   Businesses are welcome to host a community table to highlight their organization.
