TLC Construction is a construction company based out of Marion, Indiana, and they offer a 4-day work week consisting of four 10-hr. Shifts with a 1-hour lunch. Due to the nature of their working in nursing home environments, all candidates must be able to pass a drug screening, background check ( no felonies within the last 7 years) and must be able to travel.
