The Training Center Seeks Sponsors & Participants for October Chili Crusade

he Training Center for Families will host its annual Chili and Cupcake Challenge on Saturday, October 24, from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. at New Life Community Church, 2011 W. 10th St., Marion.

The community is invited to enjoy dinner and dessert while supporting a great cause. Participants can enter the chili or cupcake competitions for $25, or simply come hungry and sample the entries.

Cupcakes will be available for $3 each. Chili tasting is $10 for 2-ounce samples of each chili plus one water, or $5 per bowl.
