Four Marion High School musicians have been selected for prestigious all-state honor ensembles at the Indiana Music Educators Association’s upcoming annual conference. In addition, for the first time a student will represent MHS in the IMEA Future Music Educators Colloquium. Via Credit Union has awarded 18 Teacher Grant, totaling to over $7,500, to support innovative classroom projects for the 2023-2024 school year. Over the years, ViaCU has funded a total of 164 projects, contributing over $67,500 to local teachers. MHS JROTC Raiders finish season third in nation
The Marion High School JROTC Raider team finished their fall season with another great performance, earning third place at the elite All-Service JROTC Raider National Championship in Georgia. The Giants traveled to Molena, Ga., for this highest-level competition, where they faced the best Raider teams from JROTC units representing the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and even a Coast Guard program.
