Office of Disaster Recovery Program for Grant County Disaster Survivors
Presidential Disaster Declaration IN-21807 provides for low interest loan programs available to Grant County businesses and non-profits (both religious and secular.) The program is thxe Economic Injury Disaster Loan program, known as EIDL.
EIDL makes money available (up to $2 million) to alleviate the economic injury caused by the disaster. → Funds can be used for rent/mortgage payments, payroll, and other costs associated with running a business or organization.
The interest rate for businesses and small agricultural collectives is 4.00%.
The interest rate for non-profit organizations is 3.625%
Interest rates are fixed rates, no interest accrues during the first 12 months of the loan, and no payment is due during the first 12 months.
