Questa Education Foundation wants to better understand how college students and recent graduates in Northeast Indiana's 12 counties (Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Grant, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley) think about work, their careers, and what they expect from employers.
We're looking to hear from:
- College students graduating within the next 12 months
- Graduates who completed a degree, diploma, or certificate in the past 1-2 years and are working or looking for work

Questa Education Foundation and Transform Consulting Group (TCG) are inviting soon-to-graduate students and recent graduates in Northeast Indiana's 12 counties (Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Grant, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley) to join a small-group conversation about expectations and experiences entering the workforce.
Sessions run 1 hour. Participants receive a $50 gift card as a thank-you. Space is limited to 10-20 participants per group.
