This summit is not just a conversation—it is the starting point for a unified, county-wide strategy to transform how talent is developed, connected, and mobilized.

Participants will confront today’s workforce realities while designing solutions for tomorrow. Through powerful local insights into workforce data, emerging skills, and job demand, attendees will explore how new diploma requirements, internships, and work-based learning pathways can become engines of opportunity. The summit will challenge assumptions, surface barriers, and spotlight early adopters ready to lead the next generation of internship and work-based learning models.
