In this role, you will use the evidence-based Supported Employment model to help clients identify their career interests and goals, assist with resumes, and provide job coaching and support. You will develop relationships with employers, attend networking events, and educate employers on mental health and hiring benefits. You will provide skills training, case management and coordinate with clients therapist and treatment team.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Services field.
Two or more years experience working in Vocational Rehab and Employment Support Services.
Experience working in the mental health field preferred.
