We’re a vibrant, trauma-informed group practice located in Marion, Indiana and we’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor who’s as passionate about developing therapists as they are about delivering exceptional care.

Role Details:
- Title: Clinical Supervisor Full-Time
- Location: In-person
- Employment Type: W-2 Employee
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly clinical supervision for pre-licensed and/or licensed therapists
- Support onboarding and development of new clinical staff
- Review documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Offer case consultation and facilitate peer support or training groups
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical programming and quality improvement
- Maintain a small caseload
- Promote positive work culture
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active clinical license in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year post-licensure clinical experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
