Did you know that the City of Mar­i­on hires a sea­son­al crew of approx­i­mate­ly 80 peo­ple each year to run the Splash House?!

You may be as young as 14 years old to apply for a sup­port staff or even life­guard sea­son­al posi­tion. (It helps to have life­guard cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, but the cer­ti­fi­ca­tion process is also avail­able for those interested).
