Radiant Health names new officers of the board of directors (BOD) along with the calendar for 2025-2026 meeting dates.

Radiant Health is proud to announce the names of the officers for the board of directors for the fiscal calendar year of 2025-2026. Please welcome:

• Steve Quaderer – Chairperson 
• Ruth Hook – Vice Chair
• Kylie Jackson – Treasurer
• Tammy Pearson – Secretary
• Tyler Hunt – Past Chairperson

The other members of the board of directors include Ruthann Masiongale, Reginald Lipscomb, Ryan Goodspeed, Stephanie Hilton-Siebert, Barabra Ihrke, Michael Moffitt, and Adrienne Shields, who filled a vacant seat on June 26th, 2025.

Directors, Chad Yencer and Anne Duncan, completed their board terms.

“We are deeply grateful to Chad Yencer and Anne Duncan for their dedicated service and heartfelt contributions to our board,” stated Lisa Dominisse, President/CEO. “Their wisdom, generosity, and belief in our mission have left a lasting mark on our organization. As they conclude their terms, we celebrate the legacy they leave behind and thank them sincerely for the difference they’ve made.”,” she continued.

Radiant Health Board of Directors meetings are held at 4:00 pm on the fourth Thursday of every other month, except in November, it is held on the third Thursday due to Thanksgiving).

Meetings are hosted at Radiant Health Administration building located at 707 N River Dr., Marion, conference room unless otherwise communicated, and a virtual attendance option will be made available via Microsoft Teams.

There is an exception to the location for the April meeting, which will be held and Radiant Health Hartford City, 410 Pilgrim Boulevard, Ste 100 Hartford City, IN 47348
