Laura A. Mongon and Madison E. Parr Join Northwestern Mutual
as Retirement Plan Specialist and Marketing Manager
for Summit Financial Group
 
Fort Wayne, IN – February 5, 2025 – Northwestern Mutual welcomes Laura A. Mongon and Madison E. Parr to the expanding Summit Financial Group team. Mongon will serve as a Retirement Plan Specialist and Parr will serve as Marketing Manager.
As a Retirement Plan Specialist, Mongon will work directly with plan sponsors and their participants, customizing education programs that work for each plan to help participants meet their retirement goals and financial freedom. Mongon has worked in the finance industry for over 11 years and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Riverside.
As Marketing Manager, Parr is responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s digital marketing strategy for the website, social media content, as well as print media. She will collaborate with the Northwestern Mutual Network and various partners or clients to build rapport and successfully market the firm. Parr graduated Saint Mary’s College- Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in May of 2023. She joined Summit Financial in December of 2024 after previously working for a scrap and metal company as a Marketing Assistant.
