IWU to Host Community Brunch April 13

Are you looking for a great place to eat after church? Perhaps a place to gather with your family and friends and share a great meal?  If so, save the date of Sunday, April 13^th on your calendar.

We are inviting the IWU Community to experience a time of food and fellowship on the campus of IWU.    The cost is $12.00 for an all you can eat delicious buffet.

This is going to be a great day. Tell your friends, church groups, civic organizations, and maybe even invite someone you do not know.   SAVE THE DATE and see you at BALDWIN April 13^th.  11:30AM – 1:00 PM. 

Here’s the menu:

•            Main Line: Fried chicken, baked ziti, garlic mashed potatoes, honey glazed carrots, and green beans

•            Grill Station: Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and hash browns

•            Grill Station Cold: Fresh fruit, vanilla yogurt, granola, shredded cheese, butter, and jelly

•            To-Order Station: Made-to-order omelets

•            Carving Station: Honey glazed ham with brown sugar and mustard sauce

•            Rotisserie: Rotisserie Pork Loin

•            Bread Station: Dinner rolls and assorted breads

•            Salad Bar: A variety of fresh vegetables.     

•            Desserts: Pies, crisps, and similar items
