Marion Community School of the Arts Now Accepting Applications for 2026–2027 Board of Directors

Marion, IN — The Marion Community School of the Arts (CSA) is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for individuals interested in serving on its Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term.

CSA invites community members who are passionate about the arts and dedicated to expanding creative opportunities in Grant County to consider this meaningful leadership opportunity. Board members play a vital role in guiding the organization’s strategic vision, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Serving on the CSA Board of Directors offers the opportunity to directly support the organization’s mission and vision: to ignite a community of potential through arts and creativity. Board members collaborate with fellow leaders to advocate for accessible arts education, support programming excellence, and help shape the future growth of CSA.

“This is an exciting time for CSA,” said Executive Director Shelly Inskeep. “As we look toward the future, we are eager to continue strengthening our Board of Directors so that it reflects the diversity, talent, and heart of our community. We believe that a board that represents the many voices and experiences within Marion helps us better serve our students and families. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals who are ready to bring their skills, insights, and leadership to help us continue igniting a community of potential through arts and creativity.”

Individuals with experience in areas such as education, finance, fundraising, marketing, nonprofit governance, community engagement, or the arts are especially encouraged to apply.

Interested candidates should submit an application by April 20, 2026.
