CONVERSE, Ind. — First Farmers Bank & Trust is proud to announce the promotion of Beth Leckron to Branch Manager II, overseeing both the Converse and Marion branch locations. In this role, Leckron will lead teams focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence.
Leckron brings more than 30 years of retail banking experience to the position, with a proven track record in coaching high-performing teams, driving loan growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. She joined First Farmers Bank & Trust eight months ago and has quickly made an impact through her leadership and commitment to clients.
