Joe L. Barnes is a Gram­my-win­ning singer/​songwriter known for genre-blend­ing sound fus­ing Gospel, R&B, Roots, and Wor­ship. A for­mer mem­ber of Mav­er­ick City Music, he co-wrote the hit ​“Promis­es” before launch­ing a solo career with his new album ​“The Good Shep­herd,” a pow­er­ful debut inspired by Psalm 23.
