REALTORS® Association of Central Indiana Holds 4th Annual Charity Event & Announces Award Recipients

2026 CHARITY EVENT & AWARDS RECOGNITION NIGHT 


The REALTORS® Association of Central Indiana (RACI) hosted its annual Charity Event, raising $9,200 for Josiah 
White’s. The event, which featured a silent auction and a video highlighting Josiah White's mission, was met with 
enthusiasm and support from attendees. 

2026 REALTOR® OF THE YEAR 
Jordan Moran of Modern Real Estate in Logansport was named the 2026 REALTOR® of the Year. Since becoming a 
REALTOR® member in 2021, Moran showed up as a high-performing agent and engaged leader, deeply committed 
to their clients, colleagues, and community. Through active involvement at both the local and state levels, along 
with a strong focus on growth and collaboration, Moran consistently elevates those around them. His 
professionalism, passion, and impact sets him apart as a true leader in real estate. 

2025 DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD 
Jason Carter, broker with MPR Realty in Logansport, was honored with the Distinguished Service Award for over 11 
years of dedicated service to the association and his community. The Distinguished Service Award recognizes a 
career grounded in integrity, leadership, and service. Carter is known for his professionalism, ethical approach, and 
dedication to both clients and peers. Through association leadership, mentorship, and consistent involvement, he 
has made a lasting impact on the organization and the industry. His commitment reflects the very best of the 
REALTOR® spirit. 

2025 HONOR AFFILIATE AWARD 
The Honor Affiliate Award celebrates an affiliate member who goes above and beyond in support of the real estate 
community. This year’s honoree is a trusted partner to REALTORS®, consistently demonstrating professionalism, 
reliability, and a spirit of collaboration. Through active involvement and a genuine commitment to service, Breanne 
Bennett of Rural 1st a division of Farm Credit Mid-America, plays a vital role in strengthening relationships across 
the industry and supporting the success of RACI members. 

“Each of this year’s honorees exemplifies the best of our profession,” said Josh Murdock, 2026 RACI President. 
“Through their dedication, leadership, and commitment to service, they inspire their peers, strengthen our 
communities, and set a standard of excellence that reflects the true spirit of the REALTOR® organization. We are 
proud to celebrate their achievements.”
