With a proven track record in the banking industry and a deep commitment to community service, Howey brings a wealth of experience to her new position. She previously served as manager of the Westfield branch, which opened in the fall of 2022 and serves the growing Westfield community. She has been in banking in various roles for 10 years collectively. In her role, Howey will oversee retail sales operations, manage daily sales and service functions, and ensure smooth operations at a full-service branch. She will also be responsible for the management of four locations in Grant County, focusing on bank operations and sales. Additionally, she will lead and support staff development, ensuring excellent customer service, promoting bank products, and fostering strong customer relationships. Howey is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of the United Way of Grant County and Main Street Gas City. She is also a member of committees with Radiant Health and the BLOOM Women's Conference. Her previous community involvement includes serving on the boards of the Community Foundation of Grant County, Greater Grant County Ambassador, Habitat for Humanity of Grant County, and the Rotary Club of Grant County.
