Via CU Awards Grants to 17 Teachers

Via Credit Union Awards Grants to 17 Teachers

Via Credit Union has awarded 17 Teacher Grant, totaling to over $7,000, to support innovative classroom projects for the 2024-2025 school year. Over the years, ViaCU has funded a total of 181 projects, contributing over $74,500 to local teachers.

Cindy Kohlmorgen, President/CEO of Via Credit Union, personally delivered the grant checks and extended congratulations to each recipient. Teacher Grants provide funding for innovative classroom projects that lack funding. Kohlmorgen expressed, “Via Credit Union is honored to support these innovative projects. With tight school budgets, these grants provide teachers the resources to bring impactful programs to life, enhancing education in ways that would otherwise be out of reach.”
