All-City Art Show to feature Marion students’ art, music, drama on May 10-11
The All-City Art Show features work from Marion students at all grade levels. The show will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, May 10 and 11. Visitors will enter through the Walton Performing Arts Center, where some of the artwork will be displayed, and continue on into the art hallway to view more displays. IU Kokomo to celebrate Class of 2024 at May 7 Commencement
KOKOMO, Ind. — Indiana University Kokomo will celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2024 at its Commencement ceremony on Tuesday, May 7.The ceremony will honor the 625 members of the Class of 2024, who represent 43 Indiana counties, 16 states, and 14 countries. For the ninth time in row, the McCulloch Junior High School music department has qualified for the Indiana State School Music Association’s highest honor, the J/M/E Total Department All Music Award — the only school in the state to do nine times in a row, and one of only seven schools in the state to earn the award this year.Every year, ISSMA hosts several competitions for music students in the state. Drake takes the lead for MHS girls basketball team
